Welding Facility
At Precision Stampings, we have a highly comprehensive welding facilty, and are welding stator stacks from 40mm diameter to 1000mm diameter, for which we are equipped with several welding SPMs.
Our welding unit includes facilities for TIG welding with Argon gas, MIG Welding, Plasma Welding, as well as Straight and Skewed Welding.
Laser Cutting
Due to our clients' increasing needs for prototyping, along with the requirement of producing built up stacks having thick end plates, our demand for laser cutting jobs has increased significantly in the past few years. To cater to these requirements and give our clients timely deliveries in a cost effective manner, Precision Stampings has installed an in-house laser cutting facility, with 1.5KW Fiber Laser Cutting Machine with Pallet Changer, which is much cheaper and efficient than a conventional laser cutting machine.
With this machine we are self reliant in producing all the child-parts such as vent plates and end plates for our value added stator stacks.
This machine has helped take efficiency to an all-time high, with a large and rapid daily production capacity, allowing our customer-focused company to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction by offering our clients a cheaper product with a quicker production time.
