Our Stamping Facilities
High Speed Presses
The company has stamping facilities at 4 locations in India, with three factories in Faridabad, Haryana and one factory in Pune, Maharashtra. A fifth factory is currently under construction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
All our factories are equipped with multiple Precision High Speed Punching Machines and produce laminations up to 600mm in diameter with progressive tools. In the adjoining video you can see one of our 300 ton-500SPM Aida High Speed Presses in action.
We also have over 100 H Frame and C Frame presses for single stroke blanking, piercing, etc.
Notching
We are equipped with more than 35 CNC Notching Machines which are fully Servo controlled with both indexing and stroking with CNC. You can see one of these in action in the adjoining video.
All our factories are equipped with Slitting Lines, Shearing Machines and Square Blank Preparation Machines.
Finally, Hydraulic Presses, Welding SPMs (see welding & Laser Cutting for more information) and SPMs for cleating and clamping are also installed to make stator stacks
