Die Casting

At Precision Stampings we have the facilities for aluminium, silumin and copper die casting (see copper die casting page for more). We have 25 Pressure Die Casting Machines, which are capable of handling multi-cavity tools and can die cast upto 500 Frame rotors with 125 kg. aluminium shot and 1000mm core length, making them one of the largest rotors in the world. 

We also provide broached rotor bores to our clients.
