At Precision Stampings, we believe that quality is not an act, it is a habit. Therefore, we strive to give great importance to the quality of every lamination we produce.
Every step of the production process entails a great deal of care and caution to ensure that we fulfil our policy of providing our customers with high quality, defect free products, at a competitive yet remunerative price, through teamwork, dedication and continual improvement of our management system.
We invest heavily in our Quality Department and have a well equipped standard room with the most modern technology to ensure our products are of the highest quality.
Our tools, dies and stampings are subjected to demanding tests and stringent controls at over 30 inspecction levels and go through a ruthless elimination process before finding their way to the packaging lines. The quality control measures also include the upkeep of the presses and tool-making machines.
These self-imposed appraisals have paid off by way of Precision Stampings having an immaculate reputation regarding the quality of our products, that we have come to enjoy over the years.
Our products have won their way into many OEMs whose end products need to survive strong competitions and changing consumer expectations. We are proud to report that almost all major brands of motors and alternators today are buying regularly from Precision Stampings.
