About Us
Precision Stampings is the largest and oldest manufacturer and exporter of Electrical Stampings and Laminations in India, with an annual turnover upwards of US$225 million. The company was established in 1971, graduating from a tool-making business in the 1960s. Today, we employ approximately 1000 people in our 4 active manufacturing units, and have a 5th currently under construction. We also have Marketing and Technical Support offices in Germany and Canada.
Our Press Tool design and manufacturing capacity gives us the edge over competition and has resulted in high customer satisfaction and reliance.
We manufacture over 1500 types of stampings and laminations, and have a wide presence in many segments of the industry and manufacture critical components for OEMs’ for: Electrical stampings, die cast rotors, welded/cleated and riveted stators.
We specialize in standard and custom made stampings to exact specifications. We possess the capacity to produce stampings with Notching, Single Blow Punching, High Speed Progressive Punching with Auto Stacking, Auto Skewing and Auto Rotation with the latest, state of the art technology.
Value Added Services
Value added services such as Stack Building and machining, rotor die casting with aluminium, silumin alloy and copper is our major strength. We have state of the art facilities to weld/clamp/cleat/rivet and above all, auto stack stators. We also pressure die cast rotors for small FHP motors to large HT motors of 500 frame. A Guarantee of Efficiency and Quality
We have access to the best mills for raw material supplies and we maintain adequate stocks to keep timely deliveries to our customers. Our in-house coil processing facility reduces process time and increases flexibility. Our operations are spread across 4 active manufacturing units in India with 3 units in Faridabad and 1 unit in Pune; and a 5th unit currently under construction in Bengaluru.
